Body Pump – Let’s get pumped! This 30 minute challenging workout features a range of weights-based exercises, that’s sure to keep you motivated…psst Body Blast is very similar 
 
Legs & Bums – Shape up and burn fat as you squat, step and jump your way to fitness in this fun class. This  high repetition based routines will put your legs and bottom through their paces.
Abs of Steel – Push yourself to the limit with 30 minutes of quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods that will keep your heart rate up and help get abs of steel.
